I have been granted a nose job on the NHS. I want a smaller nose nevertheless as this is for cosmetic factors the surgeon wont do it he will only fix an area where I had trauma and there is a bump by rasping(like sanding) off 2mm, I dont know if this will even make my nose look any smaller so if i really should attempt and get a loan and go private, has any individual had this accomplished but only this as thats all I would
